SHIPPING
All orders above €200 have Free Shipping.
a) Can I choose different shipping methods?
- We ship from The Netherlands and we use to work in collaboration with PostNL for all the domestic shipments.
-For shipments outside of the Netherlands we use DHL.
All our orders are shipped with track & trace and you will receive an email with your tracking number.
We only ship in Europe, to:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
b) How soon will I receive my package?
Orders placed before 13:00 on workdays will be sent out within 48 hours.
Expected Delivery times:
1. The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: ± 3 business days.
2. Rest of Countries: ± 6 business days.
c) Why haven't I receive my package?
In this case you will always have the tracking code at your disposal from which we can tell if the problem is with the courier or the wrong address. In the first case in fact we will open an investigation with the courier company and we will protect your purchase. In the case where the non-delivery is due to wrong address or non-delivery due to absence of the recipient, we will contact you as soon as the package is back at the premises. In this case we will refund the items but not the shipping costs, which will remain the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURN
Please note that every MARREA bag is handwoven so a little imperfection can occur, it makes the bag unique. Everyone loves the MARREA neoprene quality. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your order and get your money refunded. You have 14 days to return your item. Within these 14 days you have to send an email to ciao@mymarrea.com in which you will enter the reasons for the return. Once approved, you will be able to proceed with sending the package, which must returned in the same condition as it was sent and must not have been used. A completed return form must be included inside the return package.
Please note! We are not responsible for lost postal items that are returned; we cannot process returns in these cases. Shipping costs are at the customer's own expense. Upon approval of the policy and receipt of the return, you will receive a refund of the purchase price of the disputed item on the same card from which payment was made. Costs for return are not reimbursed.
If the dispute is about a defective item, it must be mentioned within 3 days by email, among other things, the product must not have been worn during the period and will be refunded to your account.
HOW TO RETURN
- Click here for the return form. Please print and add in the return package!
- Just make sure to always add your name and order number. It is important to have proof of your return in case something goes wrong in the shipment process.
- The shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
